Orange, Pomegranate and Cranberry Mocktail
It’s mocktail season again!
This drink combines the sweetness of the orange juice with the tartness of cranberry and pomegranate. Ive added some ginger and vanilla to give it a little kick and the honey is optional.
If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, you can use a mason jar or something with a tight fitting lid to shake it all up. If. you are using the honey, I recommend putting the ice in first, then the honey since the honey will want to sink to the bottom and not mix in with the other ingredients. The ice helps the honey mix in and then you can strain it out with the ginger.
If. you don’t have fresh ginger, then just skip it. I don’t recommend using ground ginger as you cant strain it out and you will taste the granuals in the finished drink.
Lastly, I like to put a slice of lime to garnish the drink, but other choices might be cranberries or even a little curl of orange rind.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 Tablespoons cranberry juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

- Add all the other ingredients except the honey.
- Add a scoop of ice, then pour the honey on top the ice.
- Shake, then pour through the strainer into a glass.
